Theo Schaffer has spent 20+ years turning complexity into clarity — in the church, the academy, the YMCA, and inside law enforcement. He founded the CMPD Spiritual Wellness Division, led organizational turnarounds, and co-pastors Grace Church Charlotte.

Patrice Schaffer has been changing the world for over 20 years — cultivating the Kingdom and ushering in mighty moves of God across both the church and the marketplace. A Birmingham native now rooted in Charlotte, she has served in leadership since age eleven: executive administrator, youth & college pastor, state youth president, regional coordinator, and more — locally, nationally, and internationally.
She is the founder of the Fearless Women's Movement and the Fearless Women's Wellness Conference, host of the P.S. You Got This podcast, and a preacher, writer, wife, and mother of three. Her prophetic presence and candid voice take audiences on a journey of practical, logistical, and apostolic development — challenging their thought-life to embrace their purpose.
