To reserve your date, booking and full payment must be completed no later than one week (7 days) before your ceremony. Dates are held first-come, first-served and are secured only once payment is received. Bookings within 7 days require full payment at booking, subject to availability.
Obtaining a valid marriage license from your county is the couple's responsibility. The license — signed by both parties, two witnesses, and me as your officiant, as required by your county — must be completed and in my possession 12–24 hours before your ceremony. A valid license is required for me to legally solemnize your marriage; requirements vary by county, so please confirm yours in advance.
A $100 non-refundable retainer (included in your total) reserves your date and covers preparation. 8+ days before: full refund of anything paid beyond the retainer. 7 days or fewer, or a no-show: non-refundable, as full payment is due one week prior. One courtesy reschedule with 14+ days' notice, subject to availability. If I must cancel for an emergency, you receive a full refund plus my help finding a replacement.
